Multi-user. That's the complication we're having, although I do
believe it should be possible to still use SYS(2015) and have
things backward compatible on the MySQL database.
Now add on top of that:
1) A lot of clients with their own local database generating
there own "unique" keys based on their own system clock.
2) Each individual client database will be merged into a single
database, and everything has to be unique for things to work
properly.
3) There are
many relationships based on these unique
keys.
All this makes for some long-term thinking and hair pulling
before you even write a single line of code :^).
