Nope, report still has the default paper size.

>This works for me using VFP9 SP1 and the Zebra RW420. Under windows, printer and faxes, printer properties, printing preferences button, Paper/Output, I selected 4.00"x6.00" and applied my changes. Then when I set my default printer in VFP to that printer (set printer to name getprinter()), the correct paper size shows up in the report designer.
