OK this is a first for me. I have a table "emwosb" that is corrupt but I can't fix it.

reccount() = 424625
pack
reccount() = 424625
copy all to testdbf
use testdbf
reccount() = 424621

In a program I use "emwosb" and then set a filter. Then attempt to "scan". The program just sends the CPU to 50% but does not move forward (to the next statement).

I have:
select emwosb
copy all to table
zap
append from table

Still the scan fails.

The table is indexed and I have removed the index (cdx) and it still goes nuts on the scan.

I have removed the table from the DBC. Used the table as a free table copied the records to a new table renamed and then added back into the DBC. Same issues.

Anybody have a suggestion on what to do next?
