I don't know what version of VFP you have. I have only 7. AFAIK there is no DE builder, and it would seem to be a waste anyway. Building a DE manually is surely no more labour-intensive that using a builder.

You right-click somewhwre on your form edit window and select DE. An add table dialogue pops up immediately if empty.
If not you simply right-click and an add table dialogue appears.
This add table dialogue DOES have a cancel button for when you've finished adding tables.

In the DE, select your added tables and bring up the Properties window. Here, under the Data tab, you can set you order key, etc.
