Depending upon how much you know and enjoy wines, you might find Gloria Ferrar an interesting visit. I have absolutely no idea if their wines are any good, but they have an interesting tour on how sparkling wines are made. If you're a novice like me, you might find that interesting too.

We went a few years ago, but i'm skipping this trip. FrogsLeap, SilverOak, VineCliff, Swanson, and ElMolino are on the list. I figure you may know of some of the less travelled spots.
