The same logic applies. I just upgraded three sites from 4.3.4 to 4.3.5 using these instructions. Keep in mind that if you made any other changes to web.config (for example, adding the FCK Editor) - you will also need to carry forward these changes to the web.config file for the version you are upgrading to.
