I need two help

1. I've a database sql , in that database i've a field image , how I make to obtain that image and show in image control, because I've respose.binarywrite but that instruction not function because i need manipulate the image (ex : change width and heigh, cange resolution)


2. How I make to show image in datagrid

I use vs2003
