The problem may be that VFP 9 uses GDI+ rather than GDI, and some fields take more space that way. Try issuing SET REPORTBEHAVIOR 80 to turn off VFP 9 behavior. Then as time permits, work with one report at a time to resize things so they'll give the desired results with REPORTBEHAVIOR 90.
