Jim's the one who wants the crispy fries. When I was a kid, I used to go down to Sunnyside Beach here in Toronto, and on the boardwalk, there were chip stands. They gave real fries in a paper cone wrapped in wrapping paper to make the cone much larger. By the time you finished the fries and drank the vinegar, walking along the boardwalk, you'd just be hitting the next chip stand.
