that may be a possibility. Can the sccdata be wiped out completely or does it store other information or default information when no source control is used? I had source control setup on my system for testing purposes (vault) and the project on my system belonged to source control, but I deleted the project from my hard drive, uninstalled vault, deleted all references to it (that I could find) and copied the source over from another workstation (which never had source control on it). the error is not produced on the workstation I copied the project
from.
>Could be the source control data is incorrect? Look at the sccdata field of the PJX file.

>>Any idea what causes that? It doesn't occur with all projects, just a couple.
