Oh, yes, I believe he is guilty as charged. As I told Dmitry in another thread, the problem with internet is that with so much information is difficult to find some specific document, but the one I wanted to show is one that someone sent me long time ago, we were discussing the use of CW against the kurds, and someone to defend Rumsfeld (we were not saying nice things to him and his "friendship" with Saddam <g>) gave a link where it was claimed by some US scientifc organization, that Saddam did not gas the kurds but it was Iran.
