Kraft puts out a product called "Miracle Whip", which is a salad dressing that looks and acts like mayonnaise. I've always used it instead. I love it and I guess because of it, I never developed much of a taste for mayonnaise. Interestingly, I've never used Miracle Whip as a salad dressing, but for egg salad or tuna sandwiches, it can't be beat.

Tuna-mayo, with millions of black pepper mixed in, in a brown granary bread sandwich - to die!

I can't eat a sandwich without mayo now (except a chip butty). Salad cream always seemd a bit hoi poloi for me :-)
