When Dealing with managment you need an answer they understand.

And they only understand 1 thing Money.

If you develop under a quick and easy platform one day -soon- you will get to the point where you cannnot do what they want.

You then will need to buy a better package to accomplish there goals. and then you will have to write code all over again

Also if Acces is so great why are the rumer mills telling us VB is dropping jet3 (Access) and going to Jet4 (Foxpro) in there next release ????
