I think I just fixed the problem. I was using lNoRecords property, but decided to switch to IsEmpty() method to be sure. So far I can not reproduce the problem in my tests and I was reproducing it consistently yesterday.

UPDATE. Ok, I was too fast to boast <g> I just got it again.
