>>We happened to be in Miami a few weeks ago for an event while the Phils were in town, so we went to a game. Dolphins Stadium is ugly, ugly, ugly (though not as ugly as Olympic Stadium in Montreal was). It was not a good place to watch a ballgame.

>>Of course, we are all spoiled because of Citizens Bank Park. Of all the new stadiums I've been in (Camden, Turner Field, Ballpark at Arlington, PNC), the new park in Philly is the best.

The sense of history at Fenway is hard to beat but in terms of amenities -- comfortable seats, sightlines (hello, post!), entry/exit ramps, and so forth -- it is with little doubt the worst of any current baseball stadium.

I heard a funny line on the radio yesterday:

Q: What do the Cubs and Cardinals have in common?
A: Neither has won a World Series in their new ballpark.
