can't reproduce this with VFP7 and VFP9:

A form with Textbox Text1 with PasswordChar set to "*", Selecting the typed in password via CTRL+A, trying to copy the selection with CTRL+C The clipboard does not change. I can only paste what I put into the clipboard before.

Besides that I agree with others. There are bigger threats like keyboard sniffer/capture in hard- or software. If security is a concern use smart cards or fingerprint sensors.
