Anybody knows whether SET DELETED ON|OFF is scoped to the data-session?

I have an application that sets deleted to «on» at start-up, but uses private datasessions in its forms. I used to have public-scoped forms and I modified them. Now whenever I delete a record in, say "company form", it deletes the record alright, but still lists it afterwards when you ask the form to display available companies. Even if you quit the form, then re-open it, the «deleted» record still shows. If you quit the applicatiion then re-run it, the record is gone.

In my quit routine, I issue apck on every tables, then reindex them.

I've modified quite a few things since I last tested the deletion routine, so I'm not sure that would be it, but I just had a revelation, and thought I'd ask you guys (and lass!) as I can't check it out 'till I get home tonight.
