Gerard,
Using MS Remote Desktop you can go to Terminal Services Manager the Sessions Tab list users and their session numbers. On the Process tab it list the users and the programs they are running.
If you are using a user name in you app that is different from the windows user name you could capture the windows user name( parse SYS(0) ) at the same time you get their login so you can cross ref the windows user names with your app user names.
