Hi Bonnie,
Installed vs2003 on a box which had nothing other than XP and SQLserver. Created a very simple web service and it failed with the infamous message:
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Login failed for user 'CETIN\ASPNET'.
Granting ASPNET account it worked.
