I've cut and paste your code and it didn't work.

Therefore, let me re-explain the situation:

I have a form file called orders and report file called printnow

and I'm trying to print directly from a print button(commandbutton)

that I've inserted in orders form.

I've looked through help files but can't figure out the problem.

this is far as I got.

report form printnow record _screen.orders.order_id.value to printer noconsole

I did it as above, hoping that report uses screen.orders.order_id.value,

but it doesn't. please help me..
