Possibly because of ignorance :)

I have used Net Meeting to get remote control, but it was too complicated for some customers, requiring help from their technical personnel, who are not always available or even knowledgeable enough.

I am looking for something affordable and simple to setup (setup should be done mostly from inside our app). At the same time customer must retain right to approve/disapprove each time control is handed over, so they remain secure and feel confident. Maybe starting up NetMeeting from inside our app(?)
