I want to use my 8.0 reports as 9.0 reports with ReportListener but I have compatibility problems.

When I try REPORT FORM some_8.0_report OBJECT reportlistener I get this error message:
"Table has no index order set.
Line 0 in openresourcefile():
...
frxpreviewform.Error()

Do you want to suspend execution?"

Also when I close preview window similar messages also appears, and also saying that no table is open in work area.

Can someone tell me what is this since report works fine in 8.0?


Also another problem I have with numerical fields in reports.
In reports in 8.0 I have Numerical field with Format: ##,###,###,###,###,###.##
In reports those fields are sometimes smaller because of limited space and I check Strech with overflows in order to appear normal, otherwise it would appear asterisk **,***,***,***,***,***.**
In 8.0 those fields were working fine but in 9.0 those fields are stretching into another line expanding band making it taller which is totally unexpected for me.
How to fix that so that works fine in 9.0?
