We have a client with an app that started slowing down suddenly... from taking <1 sec to 4-5 minutes.
We have an old db, and can see no differences in indexes, etc. The execution plan shows a change from a clustered index seek (fast) to a clustered index scan (slow).
Any thoughts on where to start to figure out what to do to change this?
