Zheesh! I very vaguely remember Highway Patrol, but late 50s? - I don't think we even had a telly back then, and I would have been way too young to remember - esp. the stars' names.
Whoo - I just remembered "The Four Just Men" - in the opening sequence they all got out of a car and slammed the doors shut - BAM! ... BAM! ... BAM-BAM!
