haven't tested this in long while, but in vfp6 the active control sometimes
overlayed the container border it was living in. I had tried "to snap off"
a scrollbar, which could not be set off via property in that version.

Looked nice in design mode, having the container border at the left side of
the scrollbar, but when the control received focus, the scrolbar became visible
"over" the container border.

And being more a numbers than a "visual oriented" developer the behavior
never registered as "stupid" even when I tested it with all the other
modifications planned for the coming release in it...

One of the things I could have been goaded into a large bet about
because I KNEW I had tested the form, but I would have lost the bet<g>.
