I completed it, but I have to say there were a couple that I'm not sure I really understand. for example, 'inane' for 'proving unintelligent design'. Is that a crossword definition, or a personal viewpoint espousal? Not that I disagree, but is it really a definition?

Now this is a little picky, I know, but 'and' is a conjunction. A conjunction connector? You mean something that connects two or more conjunctions?

Overall though, not bad at all. Took me longer than I expected, I must admit. I suppose because it's been so long since I read Dune, and I needed to fill in a number of letters in the Dune clue answers in order to jog my memory.
