Problem with graph wizard

I was trying to create a simple line graph with the branch name (around 20 branches) on the x-axis and the sales amount on the y-axis. My table is SALES.DBF with only 2 fields: BRANCH and AMOUNT. I tried using the graph wizard under tools/query but the result is not desirable. The following are my problems:

1. Only a few branch name appear instead of the 20 branches although the sales amount of all branches are plotted.
2. When I saved the graph on a query and run it later, the graph turns out much smaller than the one being previewed when it was being created.
3. I kept getting the error message "Alias name is already in use."
4. When I run the query, how can I set a default name for the form to "save as" because I don't want the user to be bothered with entering the file name to save as.

Thanks in advance.
