I have this bug report:

So, I replied by email. The email bounced right away telling me that this email cannot receive email. So, the only way of communicating is to go back in the bug report. I went there and everything is closed. I cannot reply by email and I cannot reply online with the information I have to deliver. Do I have to create another bug report?
