Mike,
Uninstalling VFP only removes whatever was created/copied during installation. Anything created later will be left behind. If you want to do clean reinstall, you have to delete
VFP home directory C:\Program Files\microsoft visual foxpro 9
VFP user data directory C:\Documents and Settings\~~~UserName~~~\Application Data\Microsoft\Visual FoxPro 9
Registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualFoxPro\9.0
