As far as I can tell, the registry only has a path to the file, no keys or anything like that. So if he has the newer one, (same as mine) there should be no problem (if he has rebooted). I don't really know the answer to that. I work remotely and don't handle the actual distribution. It just falls on my shoulders to solve it!
