AFAIK the .Net VFPOleDB provider uses the vfpoledb.dll via COM, and this dll changes can be installed via different mechanisms. AFAIR it was installed with MDAC 2.5, but not in the later / newer ones. You might check the version number the vfpoledb.dll used from your .net app.
