YES, I have the same problem, when I use a Browse NAME xyz NOWAIT
When the user closes the Browse window, an error occurs in the "Activate" event of the form.

The error is:

ConvertstringsecurityDescriptorToSecurityDescriptorA ADVAPI32.dll dw20.exe
After that, a VFP C00000000005 error occurs.

Now I'm using 2 versions of VFP9 in 2 separate folders, one for SP1 on production and SP2CTP for testing.
