Apparently the graviton has been identified, it is either what we know as a neutrino or it is neutrino like. The researchers aren't saying much at present as there is a race on to patent the process. Hopefully in the next 12 Months it will be released into the public arena.

>>>The energy that holds me to the earth is the work done by gravity, entropy is the wasted energy that would be given off by gravitons as heat.

>>So you do agree that their statement was wrong, there is entropy without an event horizon.

>Not necessarily. I believe that we don't know. As experimentation at this time has not isolated a graviton yet, we don't know how mush, if any, energy would be given off as heat from a graviton. Theory does suspect that the total energy that a graviton can exert at all is extremely small and it may be possible that none of it is entropic but rather that all of it goes into work done. I guess I am willing to ay that I don't know. I am sure that the present calculations are not quite the same as those done 20+ years ago though.
