I guess because they asked for me by name and pronounced it correctly as well. Normally I ask who's calling before I admit to even being myself - you live you learn... :o)

Then it clicks immediately over to a recording 'Press 1 to accept this sales call', 'Press 2 to reject', or 'Press 3 to ignore.' Now that is annoying!
