For the first part:
ox = CREATEOBJECT('Excel.Application')
ob = ox.Workbooks.Open('YourWorkbook.xls')
os1 = ob.Worksheets(1)
os2 = ob.Worksheets(2)
os3 = ob.Worksheets(3)
