To change the Screen Font in VFP6:

Click in the Command Window
Hold down the shift key
Click on the Format Menu pad

The drop down should include "Screen Font..." at the top.

Update:
I see you want to change coding windows. You need to right click on an open code window and choose "Properties...". You can change the font there and be sure to "apply to .PRG files". Now do the same for an open method code window form a class or a form and choose "Apply to method code".
