I apologize for the problem in downloading the "Pack VCX/SCX before build" project hook file. Several times it was brought to my attention that there was a problem in downloading. Apparently, when attempting download the file, the results in a page not found error. This was cause by a spelling error in the path I have deifined a table on the site. It was spelled correctly on my home site, but not live.
