I'm creating a photo organizational chart. My idea is that the user should be able to work independently and let him create the chart. I know that organizational system in a company doesn't change often, but I'd like to make this program as flexible as possible so as when an employee changes position or division, the user can change it by himself. In other words, I don't want the program to be hard coded as possible.

There should be a button to determine which box is linked to another box. The number of boxes is unknown at the first run. My idea is to put a number for each box then the user decides which box is linked to the other box. Say, box 2 should be linked to box 3, box 4 should be linked to boxes 5, 6 & 7.

There should also be a button to add image controls for the photos.

There will also be unknown number of forms since I want another form to pop-up when a user clicks on a box, showing the employees and staff for that department.

Now, can this be done?
