I solved but via a little bit long way :(

OPEN DATABASE data1.dbc EXCLUSIVE
VALIDATE DATABASE RECOVER TO FILE err.txt

as executing these commands VFP asking tome "would you like to delete backlink ?" ,
accept with yes button its dropping table(s) .

Then i've added manually via ADD TABLE COMMAND

also i've tried below commands

USE data1.dbc EXCLUSIVE
PACK
