Crystal has a function called ToText that has several 'overloads', one is where you can specify the number of decimals.

I'd have to look at an actual example, but I 'think' you can say ToText(numericvar,0)....and that will return a text string with zero decimals.

Give that a try as part of your formula...if it doesn't work for you, I'll check to be certain.
