That is it, just type in the Text the MyProduct®. You can get to the ® symbol either typing Alt0174 or copying it from the "Character Map", that can be found in the Accessories/System Tools, if installed. And it will look nicer in the form, as the simbol will probably look a bit smaller than in the properties sheet.
