>>>Yes, Leinart will be good. Too bad he plays for the Cardinals. Wonder if he'll ever get out of there and come to the Cowboys, only then he will be great. :)

>>I see the smiley but Arizona might be the perfect place for him. My overwhelming impression from the Monday night game, apart from how sucky the Bears are still capable of being on offense, is that the Cards are a team on the rise. Leinart did not look anything like the jittery rookie most Bears fans were expecting. Getting drafted as low as he did -- only considered the 10th best player, oh my! -- seems to have inspired him.

>I don't know Mike. Leinart looks like he can be a great player, but I think he's wasting in talents in Arizona. He needs to play for the Cowboys where there's at least soem record of great QBs in their past, Meredith, Roger Staubach, Danny White and Troy Aikman.

I think it's critical to be on a good team to be recognized as a good QB. With the exception of Archie Manning, I can't think of any elite QB who gained that status on a terrible team. Steve Young was basically run out of Tampa Bay because the team was awful and he got most of the blame.
