Before the grid highlighting code was added it sizzled. This was the only change I made, cross my heart and hope to die. I then removed the same code, only, and it went back to sizzling. Any suggestions?

Hmmm. I implemented that sulution with no problems many time - of couurse that wass in VFP 7 and earlier, so maybe something has changed.

In VFP 9, all you need o do is set the grid's highlightstyle property to 2 - current row hightlighting with visual persistence. Be aware that there is a bug that keeps the current column from being highlighted if its sparese property is set to .F.
