It's hard to address such a general request, I don't know what you are having trouble with. VFP ships with a couple pretty good examples: solutions and TasTrade. Check 'em out. Play with the app wizard. Build a simple form and compile it (Don't forget a READ EVENTS). When you run into specific troubles, post your questions here, and you'll be flooded with answers.
