Naomi and Ivan,

I have packaged the main portion fo latest version and am sending it to both of you. As you will see it does depend on Codemine. You will have to take it from there. You will get good ideas anyway.

What I am sending is missing some files beside the Codemine files. I include some sample forms, reports and data files, but I haven't tested the subset sent and in fact am sure it won;t work, but it will give you good ideas anyway.
