Nishit, check the 'Crosstab' program. That may be what you mean by 'matrix report'. The program is in your VFP5 main folder, VFPxtab.PRG. Use the CrossTab wizard to guide you through the steps.

We've found that we can set up almost any report in the VFP report writer. For one project, where the users design a lot of ad hoc reports, we installed Foxfire!. They usually copy an existing report and modify it to get the output they want. They're up to about 150 reports now!
