Thanks Jos but the software is loaded on the customer local drive or computer not the network.

The .chm file and program files are downloaded from the web site and then the program is installed by "SetupFactory" installer program.
All the files including the chm file is placed in a directory on the customers computer.

So the file is not run on or from the internet or on a network that I know of.

Something has come to mind tho, does the chm file need to be registered when installing the software ?

It's not registered, just installed at this point.
