Yesterday at our monthly VS user group meeting I won "NetAdvantage for .Net vol 2 subscription"

I had to modify some values in the registry. After saving those values I'm instructed to go in the command prompt and type "devenv /setup"

I could'nt find the command prompt but found the command window. So I typed "devenv /setup" and received an error message saying 'command "devenv" is not valid.'

So now what do I have to do to make this devenv command work?

Where is the command prompt?
