Hi Denis!
First off check that remote connections are available. You can do it with SQL Server Configuration Manager. Just click Start -> All Programs -> Microsoft SQL Server 2005 ->Configuration Tools
And Second check the firewall is not blocking the ports used by SQL Server (usually TCP 1433 and UDP 1434).
