The recompile WILL happen anyway - as soon as the datetime of a .h file is later than that of a source file. Correct a typo in a .h file and build app or build exe, and it all recompiles.

It's not an issue anymore - I finally have a machine fast enough where a full recompile of a large project takes just a few seconds :)
